Umply $250 Ump Attire Gift Card Giveaway. These rules govern participation. By entering, you agree to them.

Giveaway start date

August 20, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. America/Chicago.

Giveaway end date

October 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. America/Chicago. The giveaway form closes automatically when this time passes. Entries received after the end date are void.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who enter as:

• a league administrator, director, commissioner, board member, scheduler, assignor, or other organization leader for a youth sports organization; or
• a current Umply user referring a youth sports organization; or
• an official referring a league administrator or other organization leader they believe would benefit from Umply.

A paid Umply subscription is not required to enter. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Geographic restrictions

This promotion is open only in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. It is void where prohibited by law.

Age requirement

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

How to enter

Complete the official giveaway form at playball.umply.app/giveaway during the promotion period. One valid submission equals one base entry. Duplicate submissions from the same email address, or for the same organization in the same city and state, do not receive additional base entries. Limit one base entry per person and per organization.

Referral entry rules

After entering, each participant receives a unique referral link. A referring participant receives one additional entry only after a referred person submits a valid giveaway entry for a real youth sports organization. Link clicks, incomplete forms, duplicate entries, and self-referrals do not award extra entries. Referral attribution lasts 60 days from the referred person’s first visit with the referral link.

Prize description

One (1) prize: a $250 Ump Attire gift card, for use toward eligible Ump Attire purchases such as uniforms, equipment, or accessories, subject to Ump Attire’s own gift card terms. The prize is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards after delivery.

$250 USD.

Winner selection method

Within seven (7) days after the giveaway end date, Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner notification

Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email at the address submitted on the entry form. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Deadline to claim prize

After Sponsor confirms the winner, the winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) days. If the prize is not claimed in that time, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

No purchase necessary

No purchase or paid Umply subscription is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Privacy / data handling

Entry information is used to administer the giveaway, prevent duplicate or abusive entries, attribute referrals, contact the winner, and follow up with organizations that asked to learn more about Umply. See the Umply Privacy Policy. Promotional email is optional and is not required to enter.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or X. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to Sponsor, not to those platforms.

Ump Attire provided the $250 gift card used as the prize. Ump Attire is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not responsible for its administration, judging, or winner selection. Umply / Vaccaro Ventures LLC is the sole sponsor. Ump Attire names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the prize.
